The Swamp of Doom

     Hi, it's a Saturday afternoon, and I'm having the time of my life, just hanging out, and working on my stuff.  Better that I work for myself rather for other people.  On the other hand, nice to be on the clock and get a paycheck, too.

 

     The Swamp of Doom is where you meet your final end.  It is a Swamp of No Escape.  Lucky are those who enter to return to their loved ones alive.
     Leeches live in the water, and will suck your living blood out, so it is good not to venture into the water.
     There are pockets of undead wandering around, so you got to be careful.
     The Tomb That You Must Enter to Retrieve The Artifact is a bastion of filth, grime, and crud, not to mention the vampire that may or may not be there.
     Whether the vampire is there or not, you still have to deal with his minions.
     There is no fresh water anywhere, so if you drink all your water, you are screwed.
     Better to pack lots of little things to nibble on, because there ain't much savory eating in The Swamp of Doom.
     Light a fire, and everything that is living and dead will know where you are.
     If your clothes get wet, you are screwed, because it gets cold at night.
     So, it is not a good idea to venture into The Swamp of Doom unless you are prepared.
